Die Vaprotec GmbH wurde am 1.1.2001 gegründet und hat Ihren Firmensitz in der Nähe von Karlsruhe/Deutschland. Geschäftsführer ist Dipl. Ingenieur Arno Habitzreither, der auch schon vor der Firmengründung über eine mehr als 10-jährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter im Bereich Eindampftechnik verfügte.

Von der Konzeptfindung bis zur fertigen Anlage, dafür steht die Vaprotec GmbH. In Abstimmung mit den Erfordernissen unserer Kunden können wir die komplette Projektbegleitung wie Ermittlung der Stoffdaten, Festlegung des Verdampfertyps, falls erforderlich unterstützt durch Eindampfversuche im Technikum oder beim Kunden, Optimierung des Energieverbrauches, Vorplanungen und Genehmigungsverfahren sowie die komplette Auftragsabwicklung bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme übernehmen.

Das kompakte und dadurch sehr flexible Kernteam wird durch externe Spezialisten, zum Teil auch aus den jeweiligen Projektländern, ergänzt. Das Unternehmen hat seit dem Jahre 2001 weltweit zahlreiche Anlagen erfolgreich geplant und in Betrieb genommen, die gerne auch besichtigt werden können. 

Neue Produkte erfordern neue Technologien. Deshalb stellt sich die Vaprotec GmbH extrem schnell auf Entwicklungen und Kundenwünsche ein und garantiert eine sehr zeitnahe Umsetzung von der Anfrage bis zur Inbetriebnahme.

Vaprotec GmbH was established on 1.1.2001 and has its headquarters near Karlsruhe/Germany. Its managing director is chemical engineer (Dipl. Ing.) Arno Habitzreither, who already gained more than 10 years of experience as project manager in the field of evaporation technology before establishing the company.

Vaprotec competence covers the entire range of the project, from designing up to the completed plant. Depending on our customers' requirements we can provide the complete project management, such as determination of the product data and the relevant type of evaporator, if necessary on the basis of evaporation tests carried out at the R & D Center or at the customer's, optimization of the energy consumption, preliminary studies and permit procedures up to the commissioning.

The compact and, thus, very flexible core team is supported by external specialists, who are partly based in the relevant project countries. Since the year 2001 the company has successfully designed and commissioned numerous plants worldwide. You are welcome to visit these plants.
